Someone hacked into my profile despite my complex pw. Thankfully, they were just a nerd wanting free anime as my card and other logins were unaffected. I was with Crunchyroll for only 1 month and have NEVER had this happen with any of my other streaming accounts or other online logins. Terrible security and an even worse anime line-up. I only subscribed for Overlord S4. Anything else can easily be streamed with Funimation, Hulu, and Netflix. Going elsewhere now and forever!
