Don't send anything to this site. I have send them a 17 pound of clothing which is designer most of them with tag or never worn. That was in early August of this year. I contact the support, i was told that my box in in transit and on the way to them. That was 3 week later. Now we are almost in September. Contact them second week of September they told me that they never received the box and may got lost.
However i had the Receipt from USPS and tracking number. I contact USPS and they clearly confirm the the box arrived at 6am to the warehouse on Aug 13. I send them all the information and they said the Fedex said that the box never send. What a jock. It was send USPS not Fedex. The credit me $100 only for over 25 pieces of clothing. I'm filing lawsuit agents them which will cost them more then $100.
