I haven't received the entire package. I don't have the brush to apply the product. Customer service said I didn't receive one because they were out of stock. I asked, then how can I apply it and they responded I can't without the brush. So I was they would put in the notes to send me one when they get more brushes also I have to call on Monday to see if they have received any so
