Somehow a deposit was taken from my creditcard for a reservation, but nobody at the counter was aware of that when we picked up the car. There was a reservation, but it was for the wrong car and we had to pay the full price for it. Nowhere is stated or clear what happened to my so called deposit, it just dissapeared n the pockets of carflexi.com. I ask the creditcard company to act upon it as it is plain fraud.
