Overall average site. Have gotten good to not so good book condition from this site. Damage is from their shipping partner. There is not excuse to allow pre orders to go thru on unavailable books. Ordered 1 book no availability at all. At least if you receive a damaged book or no book they will refund. In picture is damage that can happen to your books thru not very good packaging in some orders by their shipping company.

In pictures are listed the better to the worst sellers and some information pictured on worst in last.Very last seller has not sent the best quality or just terrible shipping. Eyeshadow was received in well packaged good condition. There was some confusion on shipping to USA P.O. Box. If you have a PO Box you will understand the restrictions. Customer service I think realized the confusion. Immediately sent tracking. And eyeshadow with free mascara arrived in just a few days.
