Their newest sale is 50% off but then you add shipping it cancels out the sale and then there is no discount. They also make returns a pain. Buy from target and return if you don't like the product.
I have been waiting almost a month for my order and usps is showing its been returned to california. Pacifica refuses to help in anyway. Claim they cant do anything because of policy
I love the products but never again. I'll give my money to a different company. If i even get it back.
Unless you just have money to throw away you don't care about possible poor quality and no chance of a refund even if you do receive your products through the mail lol!
I gave them a second chance same b******* charge me $20 extra for overnight delivery a week later it still hasn't shown up I contact customer service they just give me some BS about they have a right to process for x amount of days.
I thought it was just me I go online and find many many reviews everywhere people saying the same thing about this company.
So just from a pure ethical standpoint and customer service if they are fraudulent in this area I'm sure there are so there's so much fraud in their inner workings we will be watching for Pacifica beauty to be dissolved quickly in the future.

Eyeshadow was received in well packaged good condition. There was some confusion on shipping to USA P.O. Box. If you have a PO Box you will understand the restrictions. Customer service I think realized the confusion. Immediately sent tracking. And eyeshadow with free mascara arrived in just a few days.
They did not have brand at a local Ulta. So I ordered on brand site. Inquired about shipping to Us P.O. Box. Since they had issues with Canada P.O. Box. They sent a blah blah paragraphs of shipping policies. All too confusing since they accepted my P.O. Box address but a week later no tracking info. So I guess if I don't receive it I'll just have to file a claim on my credit card.
Great products, very poor customer service! Does not provide a full refund for orders. Delayed shipment of a month for an order placed, package did not even arrive to my address, provided partial refund and expected customer to pay for shipping costs when the package was never received. This company is a total rip off despite the quality products.
Wonderful products and easy refunds Are provided by Pacifica beauty. Not only do they have a very reasonable prices for products that they have obviously thought about for environmental and skin impact, I was able to get refunds without even sending the products back. Really great company to buy from.
In spite of signing up for their texts which the first one was for 10% off first order they refused to honor it. They asked me for screenshots which I provided twice. In total 7 emails were exchanged and they still refused. Mind you it would have amounted to less than $2. They said that the 10% only applies to "bundles". It's not the $2 that matters, it's the lack of transparency and that I searched hi and low for such a statement to that effect and never found it.

I was using their vegan overnight face moisturiser and kept finding small pieces of plastic in it. This is obviously concerning due to the adverse effects of absorption of plastic into our skin (it's the same as ingesting it). They contain forever chemicals that never leave our bodies and can lead to serious conditions such as cancer.
I emailed their customer service team just to let them know as it's definitely not something they should be selling to customers knowingly and after an initial response of 'the management team is looking into it', they basically did nothing.
Not only is this very irresponsible but it just shows that they don't really care and I wonder what else is in their other products that they're happy for us to put into our bodies despite their marketing trying to make out like they're a clean company! Considering how much is out there on the market I wouldn't bother risking it and just spend your money on one of the many alternative brands.
This company is so shady. First off, they claim that once an order is placed they can't cancel it. They don't believe in giving customers any amount of time to cancel an order when most websites have a certain amount of time to cancel an order in case of an accidental purchase or simply changing your mind. In my case, the purchase was accidentally made and they claimed they cannot help me at all due to Pacifica's policy. This is absolutely ridiculous. Be careful and steer clear of this company. They are greedy and shady. If you accidentally place an order and are trying to cancel it you WILL wind up paying for the product and the shipping costs because this company does not believe in any accidents. Shame on you Pacifica! I will never purchase from your website ever again.
I placed a direct order and paid for 2 day shipping. 11 days later I received the product, even though I canceled the order several times, once it didn't arrive on time. I needed the products I ordered in the timeframe I paid to have them delivered by, and therefore, had to purchase locally and supplement with different brands. They ignored approximately 5 attempts to cancel. When the shipment arrived I opened the box to grab the return shipping label, only to find that they didn't provide one. I had to pay out of pocket to return their products back to them. 21 days later and I have still not received the promised phone call from management, or my money back. The absolute worst experience I've had with a company, ever! Find a different brand, their product isn't worth supporting such piss poor customer service.
I realized immediately after placing an order that the delivery address was incorrect. I contacted the Pacifica at once - about 1-2 minutes after receiving confirmation of the order. The "customer support" said it was already being fulfilled and I had no recourse. I attempted to speak with /reach someone at Pacifica, but have received no reply other than the initial "we can't help" messages. There is no customer support at this company. Frustrating and disappointing that there is no inclination to actually provide help. (I contacted the courier and they said Pacifica could have rerouted the package if they wanted to.) I will also be filing a grievance with FTC as this may count as a type of fraud.
I placed an order in early December including some Lip scrubs for stocking stuffers. When my daughters and I opened our stockings and opened the lip scrubs to use, the smell of the product was so bad. The oil in the product had gone bad.
Pacifica will not stand behind their 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I have tried to work with their customer service and they will not send out a replacement. I offered to send the product back.
They HAD to know that product was bad. Now looking at the reviews on their website, customers complained that it smelled rancid for at least 2 months before I bought it. And they kept selling the product!

They make you think you are signing up to be a new customer and as a thank you give you a 15% discount code. Only to learn the code is loaded with limits. Not much of a thank you and not a company I want to give my money to.
I first fell in love with Pacifica at a local target. I sampled their fragrances. I purchased a few. I had an issue with one. It was a rollerball applicator and the perfume did not dispense well. I sent my proof of purchase and they sent me a replacement. Great customer service and the fragrances smell amazing and aren't very expensive.
I love Pacificas products but I will not be ordering online again. Not only did my order get lost, but I've been waiting two weeks for my package. I did not receive a new tracking when I emailed them about my situation. I'm still waiting. Never again!
I have had both good and iffy experiences with Pacifica. I tried one of their face washes and I almost immediately broke out in zits, but I have also tried a couple of the face masks thst we pretty good!
I reached out on the chat option to inquire about my refund. She reassured me that the management team would be emailing me the following Monday morning. I NEVER was contacted and when I went back to the chat option I was forever ignored. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint.
I have absolutely no complaints when it comes to Pacifica as a brand and also as an online store.
I've ordered from them directly multiple times, and every single time standard shipping took only a few days. They package everything neatly and minimalistically. There has never been any unnecessary filler plastic in the box. They use a box only as big as needed, paper to keep everything from jostling around, and that's it. I really appreciate the minimalistic packaging, as that's something that has really bothered me with other companies.
Their products are all really wonderful. I've certainly enjoyed the fragrances they offer. I get compliments from everyone when I wear a Pacifica scent. The prices are honestly really reasonable considering the products are vegan, cruelty free, and made in the USA.
Beyond all of that, the fact that many of their products are available in stores at Target, is just a bonus. Replacing products I use and love is super easy!

I received a coconut blush duo in my ipsy and the 2 colors are well put together... i can use them as a blush or i can use the browner shade for a bronzer
Their skincare is amazing. I love their toner and lotion, and the packaging is gorgeous. I also think their best makeup is their small eyshadows, but i prefer their skincare
