At first glance the site is clean and has a pretty easily navigable interface and before long I was sending messages back and forth with a few people who had some really nice rooms listed. I settled on a nice clean room in a good area and the rent was super affordable.

Yes, Avoid at all costs. If you want a similar, decent site try swinglifestyle. They have some limits for free members but at least you can put up pictures, message, search and interact freely.
