For the 2nd time in several months, I've gotten this email from them well over a month from when I had ordered the products:
I can't apologize enough for the delay. At this point, I can no longer guarantee the shipment of your item, so I've issued you a full refund and removed this Groupon from your account. Please allow up to 10 business days for this to be reflected on your statement.
I'll never order from them again.
