“Never received order and couldn't cancel”

Ordered lingerie after 5 days it still was processing. I called customer service and said since it wasn't going to arrive in time to cancel my order. I ordered it two weeks early! The customer service lady said we will give you $10.00 toward your next purchase but you have to wait until you receive and return. Why would I ever order from them again! This was for my wedding!

We are very sorry to hear that you had such an unfortunate experience with the shipping of your order, as it is never our intention to create inconveniences for our customers and we do try our best to always assure the delivery time stated on our website.

This is why, we deeply regret the bad experience this has caused you, especially for an event this important. We recently had a huge volume of incoming orders that we did not anticipate and that has caused some mix-up and delay with some of the packages. We have since then sent a second team to the warehouse to reduce the processing time to normal and to ensure that this kind of delay will never happen again.

In the meantime, I am happy to see that you have been in contact with our customer relationship specialists and you were assisted with this unfortunate shipping occurrence.
