I've bought three laptops from Newegg, and I really regret it. Two of the three were defective to such a degree that, after running diagnostics, the manufacturers told me to send it back for a replacement and not even bother trying to get it repaired. At this point I am suspicious that they just take refurbished or factory reject computers and sell them as "new". In any case, this is not a business to be trusted. If you do buy something from them, make sure to test your product thoroughly before the window for return closes to make sure they didn't sell you a defective item.
