I did business with these guys for two years. They have over charged me using underhanded invoicing techniques. They tell me they can adjust charges if I call but they don't bother calling me back or answering their phones. Things changed with this company 6 months ago. Whatever they did, they are now the most imcompetant predatory company I've ever had the misfortune of doing business with. Please, PLEASE stay away from them.

Our customer success team is here M-F to address any concerns you may have, however, when invoicing goes out, our response time can be a bit delayed due to the increase in volume.
