I have been asking for refund of the flight that was cancelled dues to covid 19.
No matter how many times i send them requests, i receive no reply. When i wrote a negative review on the internet, then they wrote to me that their customer service will solve the problem.
But when i send them my reservation number and etickets, they said that they cannot locate my reservation.
This company is a scam and not intending to give refund.
If you do not want to get upset, use other company. They are really terrible.
Please send an e-mail to customer.service@travelgenio.com, from the e-mail address you used to make the reservation and indicating the Booking ID in the subject (8digit code that appears in the confirmation e-mail), and you will receive instructions to contact one of our agents.
