I have had a few unfortunate shipping issues with iHerb. Three times going to the wrong address, a few times being left out in the pouring rain with no plastic protection for the box, the items inside soaking wet boxes. This last time was it for me as some of the items were gifts I can not give now. I explained all of this to iHerb and sent pictures of the damage, and I feel that the response of "we are sorry and we will tell the appropriate department" doesn't cut it for me. What department? It is clearly a shipping issue but they should back their products when shipping fails to deliver their products properly. They never mentioned sending me out new items to make up for this. So after years of ordering from them I feel I can no longer support this site.
