This company's information is ALWAYS wrong! ALWAYS! Delivery dates, items in orders, you name it, it's going to be incorrect! In fact, I just got notification last night that an item was delivered (last night) that was actually delivered 3 weeks ago! And I marked it "delivered" three weeks ago! This company is EXTREMELY unreliable! Now today I'm having another issue. I had $12 in Shop cash credits. I made a $70 purchase and applied the $12 credit. It said that it was being applied before I confirmed my order. I confirmed my order as $58 (before the taxes). I looked at the receipt, I was charged $70 (not including the taxes). My credit was never applied. So, I contacted the company of the product I bought. They were helpful and immediately canceled my order as I asked them to. I told them I would go directly through their website instead of using Shop. I wanted to cancel my Shop account after this, so I decided to go back in and look at products that I could spend my Shop credits on before terminating my account with them. Now I see that I only have "$4" worth of Shop cash credits. What?!?
I am missing unused and unexpired Shop credit that I earned. I am simply going to cancel my account with Shop and they can keep that four dollar credit lol because Shop has been nothing but a terrible experience the entire timeI have used them (for over the past 3 of years or more). You are a horrible company, Shop. Good bye.

Tip for consumers:
Shop.com is an EXTREMELY unreliable company and stole unexpired credit from my account. So, goodbye. It has been a horrible experience working with this company for the past few years. Never again.

It took 21 days for me to receive four of the five t-shirts I ordered. I ordered five t-shirts on August 10th and received four of the five on August 31st. I am still waiting on the 5th t-shirt that I ordered same day as the other four; the same order. The shipping I paid was to receive my order within six to eight business days. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and I will never order from TeePublic again.
**I got many emails from TeePublic, during the duration of waiting for my order delivery, putting 100% blame on FedEx. That is very unprofessional, and I'm convinced, not true.
If you can't meet the demand, higher more staff instead of putting the blame on another company. If FedEx is falling THAT short, you find another carrier. I am, however, convinced that TeePublic is the one who dropped the ball.
