They over promise and under delivered. They keep promising to ship as they get ready but didn't.
Also a month into order, way after delivery time, start giving excuses that they are limited for certain length size and asking me ti okay the measurements that they can do.

Yes some of the orders do get delayed and for those client we continuously do keep them updating via email.
In your case emailed got overlooked and we were not made aware of time sensitivity issue.
