If there were negative symbols to include, I would give it -4! We were misled by floor sales representative and we were promised to have an LX600 within 4 to 6 weeks! We were asked for a $500 to hold the vehicle! It has been about 5 months and now we are told it may be 6-12 months?! Really?! Liars! Lexus has taken a nose dive when it comes to customer service! We have been their customer for almost 30 years. Disappointing.
