I clicked a link to listen to an Audio Book for Real Estate, but even though I signed up for the Free Trial, I was charged immediately through my PayPal account. I tried to contact them via any means, and sent them an email, which was never responded to. I thought that since I explained that I wanted to Cancel and get a Refund in my email, that that would take care of it, like a Normal Company. But, being busy, today, 3 months later, I get charged again and login to discover that i've been charged for June July & August, and never got the Cancellation or the Refund of the "PreAuthorization" charge of $14.95. So, I found a Chat window under Contact US, and was told, after many requests to Cancel & Refund ALL 3 charges, that they could cancel my account, and refund my 8.29.23 charge, but that I'd have to take my other two charges up with my PayPal & my Credit Card. I have now done that, since this company is Dishonest, and is Scamming people. If I hadn't been so busy, I would have followed up on the first email I sent, requesting that they Cancel & Refund, but I've been too busy. DO NOT USE AUDIOBOOKS.COM. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM COMPANY & WILL RIP YOU OFF!

They chat finally got me a refund of this most recent charge, and my dispute with PayPal & AudioBooks seems to have finally gotten me the refund of the $14.95 PreAuth charge, but they still need to refund the July 29 charge for $14.95, since I didn't download any books, as I thought my written email requesting cancellation & refund had been enough to stop any further charges.
Products used:
AUDIOBOOKS - DOWNloaded, finally, 1 2-hour book, but it took a long time.
