When you try out their membership for free and try to cancel it later, it won't cancel after the first click. That would be OK since it is a big action, but guess what? It won't cancel even after the SECOND click. You need to click it THREE TIMES. Not to mention the last cancel button is quite hidden (LIKE YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO SEE IT). They need to work on their UX/UI design quite a lot because right now it is horrendous and unfortunately DEVIOUS. It could have been remedied by giving a user an immediate option to cancel the subscription without the need to scroll an overwhelming chunk of information.

Tip for consumers:
They need to work on better UX/UI design in terms of navigating of cancelation of membership. If I want to cancel right now, it does not mean I will cancel forever, it just means I don't see a value in it RIGHT NOW. If I want to reactivate it, I will do it myself, without the need of pausing it, like they try people to do so. This type of behaviour I despise and because of that I will probably never return to the platform.
