While working with ShipMonk, we received numerous reports of wrong orders which inevitably drove our customer return into the ground. Customer support was impossible to get through to and sometimes took months to solve issues.
I've included (censored) images of one major complication we had (Note the month difference from problem to solution). The customer ordered 2 items and received over $500 worth of products instead.
