Very poor service! You pay for high shipping costs, but customers receive their packages 5-6 days delayed! You file a claim for lost, damaged, incorrect packages, they just circle back and say reach out to the shipping company! I mean, we are their customers! They should be the one to file the claim to the shipping companies they are in contact with! When you file a claim/complaint/ticket, you will couple of days before you get a response and gues what?
