I had a very negative experience with Daniel on your chat feature. He was to send me info by email, that never happened. When I followed up he referred to the info he didn't send and when pressed, directed me the site I was already on chatting with him. I decided to order anyway, as your products appear to be best, but then I was unable to use the FLAG5D coupon that you had sent me.
I was trying to use a coupon, shown both on your site and on RetailMeNot. It would not work, so I tried to contact Customer Service two different ways - with a reply of basically you're too busy...
