I'm still doubtful of Instagram ads. Some companies I buy from are legitimate. This one is a mixed bag which I've never experienced before. For one thing, the gems are way more appealing looking on the website. I ordered a moonstone ring and it's still a nice ring, but for the price I paid, I wasn't expecting a boring, cloudy looking stone.
The shipping was weird too. This was during Cyber Monday and I did my shopping from different companies, yet this was the only order where they didn't ship it until 6 whole days after I ordered it. All my other orders where shipped 1-2 days after I ordered. The only excuse I'll accept is they were overwhelmed by the sale.
The most puzzling part is that they claim to be based in Florida. In fact, I live about 2 hours away from where they shipped my ring from, so you can understand my confusion when my bank account showed not just what my ring cost, but there was a Foreign transaction fee that was a measly $. 075. The location is from Germany and there's nothing on the site that mentions that at all. Why is there money going to Germany when I ordered from a "Floridian" company? It left me a little uneasy because as I stated before, I live practically 2 hours away from where they shipped my order from, why am I getting a Foreign transaction fee and why is it not mentioned anywhere on their site?
So basically, their products are way too overpriced for dull looking stones that don't match how shiny and pretty they are on the site and they don't tell you about a foreign fee even though this is supposed to be a company that ships from the US.

That would be a transaction fee charged by your credit card institute or the issuer of the card you used for the purchase. Unfortunately, that is out of our hands. For further information about this, please contact your bank. They will be able to help and explain this fee in more detail. We ship from our warehouse in Florida but the company has international accounts in Germany.
We are very sorry, we had a slight delay due to the number of orders over the Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal days and our warehouse is working around the clock to ship every single item as soon as possible.
