After almost 5 years of hoping Groupon has improved before returning to use, I see now they still have not invested any of their money into Costumer Service. Still no number to contact to resolved complex issues. For the third time in my personal experience Groupon has permitted another terrible company to take money, send or provide garbage or no service at all and then provide no way to be re-paid, refunded and no one to talk to. I'm out almost $300 from another scheming Groupon partnership with a company called CanvasOnDemand. Terrible way to do business.
