I had booked through Hotels.com for over 5 years mostly vacation stays, expensive hotels. I put up with their lousy, wait on the phone 45 mins plus no-customer service for years too, just to collect the Reward Nights. NO MORE, now they are cheating customers by only giving them partial credit for hotel stays! 3 times now in past year I have booked a stay for 3 days or longer & when you look at your account a month later - Hotels.com has only credited you for a single night or 2 but, NEVER the full stay. Great racket Hotels.com, YOU SUCK! Change your name to "HOTELS. BOMB"!

Heads up loyal Wayfair customers, they NO longer give you Rewards Dollars for your purchases. I shop here often for my clients (spend a lot of money) - placed an order end of August for $1,300.00... Called Customer Service to find out why I hadn't received an email with my Reward $$ info... she said "Oh, we only offer that now to customers who use their Wayfair card or write a review" Frigging amazing that they can email bomb me with relentless ads telling me to buy this, look at that sale, etc,, etc... but, we're somehow incapable of sending an email regarding a very important change to their incentive to buy program. Will be shopping with Overstock, One Kings Lane, etc, etc.

BEWARE! Online Fabric Store is the online retailer for Osgood Fabric Store - they are one in the same. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered a specific white fabric from them and received a yellow, dingy fabric with tiny brown spots in it. Unfortunately, it was sent directly to my upholsterer who knew she'd be receiving a plain"White Fabric" to slipcover a chair. Chair was covered at a cost of $450! Chair is ugly as an be, dirty looking... I simply asked that Online Fabric Store reimburse my cost for the incorrect fabric they had sent me@ $110 and that they send me the correct true "White" fabric at no charge for my inconvenience, since I was going to have to eat the cost of re-upholstering the chair. First they were incredibly rude and passed me from person to person. Then they promised to get back to me as soon as I emailed detailed pictures (which I did, 5 in total). Then they left a vague message on my cell, saying they were going to have to "investigate" bolt of fabric as they are sure they sent the right one. When I originally called the CSR said "Oh, I know what they did, they sent you the "Natural" color instead of the White. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, YOU WILL BE SORRY. PLEASE ADD YOUR REVIEWS TO YELP ON OSGOODS FABRIC STORE, BOSTON, MA - THIS IS THE BRICK AND MORTAR FOR "ONLINE FABRIC STORE". They need to be put out of business.
