Course Hero is great and can help with learning. But do not get the subscription. If you do it will end with you going to your financial to place stop payments.
Tip for consumers:
I think it is unethical to not offer a refund when it can clearly be seen that the services where not used.

I used the app and would be fully satisfied if canceleation was a true option, not more costs to cancel.
While the app is excellent and extremely useful, to cancel your subscription is the opposite. I canceled my subscription in December and have been charged the last three times since. When you do talk to a person they cannot help, all they can do is file a request for you. It should not be this difficult to calcel a subscription.
Tip for consumers:
When siging up for a subsidiary product be aware that you cannot cancle this option and will continue to be charges till you go to your financila to place a stop payment.
