I recently bought a powerbank and was wishing to use for a long time but unfortunately the battery is dead after a couple of weeks. Please let me know if it can be returned.
After many many emails & having to do a disput with PayPal, I think putting this complaint on SiteJabber made the difference in getting this settled. I have been paid in full, I still have the product & willing to return it if they pay the shipping. Have not received a reply about this. Many thanks on how this turn out. I'm raising my rating to 3 Stars & not 4 only because I'm leary about doing future business with them.
Ordered, Received broken item, contacted them with no reply, complained to paypal then Shoptenda replied and said they wouldn't send me a $1.00 switch (for me to fix) unless I dropped my complaint with paypal. Still waiting, (it's been two months)!
After I wrote a review about "no customer service", they got back to me and gave me great service. I believe that the issue was their website. It was confusing and I could not create a service ticket for a return. They have since contacted me and responded the way an excellent customer should.
