I placed the order for the cordless drill and paid for it. After some time, I received a tracking number. The product arrived on the site, but in reality it is not. Local post office says the number is not correct. I wrote to the seller, but there is no answer and no refund.

After many many emails & having to do a disput with PayPal, I think putting this complaint on SiteJabber made the difference in getting this settled. I have been paid in full, I still have the product & willing to return it if they pay the shipping. Have not received a reply about this. Many thanks on how this turn out. I'm raising my rating to 3 Stars & not 4 only because I'm leary about doing future business with them.

Good service and trusty merchant. My order was delayed on China Post, and they refunded me with no qustions asked. When it finnaly arrived, the packaging was elaborate and protective.
