Ozzgeek

This is an update to my review on 12/2/2018... I have disputed the charges to PayPal and won my dispute and have already received my refund. If any of you reading this are planning on doing business with this company then I beg of you to reconsider. I ordered the same product from another site and although I haven't received it yet, the tracking number is real and I can see that it is moving along just fine and am confident I will receive it around the estimated delivery date. Just to reiterate, www.ozzgeek.com is ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD!

I ordered 500.00 dollars in products from them and never received one... the tracking numbers they gave me are fake. They will take your money and run

Two months ago I made my first buy in Ozzgeek I bought a $200 cellphone. I had an issue with my phone and they offer to resend the product and refund the shipping costs. I didn't take it because it would take so long, so they offered to send me a partial refund in order to repair the phone locally and I accepted. The communication with the seller was very fast and fluent. I will definitely buy in Ozzgeek again...

I made a purchase 3 weeks ago (SYL-08 electric skateboard) and had no news from the vendor, nor answering back to my emails. The tracking number they gave me doesn't match with any record.
I raised a claim at Paypal and i am currently waiting for getting paid back.

Great experience with Ozzgeek online shopping store so far I never had a problem while I purchase in Ozzgeek store, while I buying I see the picture of product, proceed to checkout and make a clear payment, while product is arrived finally I pay for what I saw on picture and preaty great quality products, great costumer support, everything is perfect!

Help link on page does not work, in fact if you look at the html for the page the button is not a link at all, just an icon that changes color when you mouse over it.

They gave me a tracking number (chinese) but it doesn´t work.
After 5 weeks i sent a mail to them, but they didn´t answer.
Now I sent a second mail and made a ticket at the PayPal desk. So I hope to get my money back.
Btw. The drone is a Christmas gift for my son. Thank you very much Ozzgeek.

No product, fake tracking number, no communication, no chat, hidden owner, just a scam. Read positive reviews, all the same style of language, scamese. The recognizable, but barely disernible English of a foreign territory.

Was able to get my money back through pay pal.
Pay pal holds the money in the sellers account for a period of time for this very reason. If you feel you are being scammed by anyone, don't hesitate to open up a dispute through pay pal. You have a very good chance of getting your money back.

After I wrote a review about "no customer service", they got back to me and gave me great service. I believe that the issue was their website. It was confusing and I could not create a service ticket for a return. They have since contacted me and responded the way an excellent customer should.

Ozzgeek is a good shop for buy electronik composant. They have the best price and the largest choice i know. The delay of dispatching is a little bit long but its ok because its come by ship.

Haven't received my item for 5 weeks yet waiting nor respond to my emails maybe god knows where is my item very sad upseting especially when my child waiting for it as a birthday present
