I HAVE Been with Xfinity/ Comcast since 1982! I HAVE watched this company go down hill & AFTER locked INTO a contract they raised my prices from 282.00 to 319.00 and no one can explain or help! I AM A TERMINALLY ILL WIDOW AND I am on a fixed income! This is my only form of entertainment and it's so unfair and unprofessional!

I HAVE Been with Amazon /prime for many many YEARS.Now I am terminally ill and I am a widow. I purchased lights yesterday I received them they were damaged I want to replacement I told them I would have the damage lights all packaged up waiting for them when they dropped off the new lights and they told me I would have to pay $7.49 in order for them to pick up the damaged lights! They have to come here anyway their hands are not broken they can pick up the other package it's very light and bring that back to their warehouse why do I pay a membership this is absolutely appalling and disgusting this is how they keep getting richer and richer again what do I pay a membership for
