FN is a MESS. I ordered on October 31. Waited for 30 days and I gave up.
I emailed them many times and finally decided to get refund, then they tried to trick me with the same exact tracking # from my past order. They even changed the shipping status "fulfilled" in my FN website account! Fulfilled, how and where?!?! That was about 2 weeks after I ordered. I CAN'T believe they think customers are dumb just like them?!?! I'm glad I could point out their lie. KEEP the past order info, folks! They can say whatever to make it look like it ain't their fault, like USPS lost your package/it's already delivered so don't contact us any more.
Well, as for my $200 refund, of course no update from FN. I filed a case and FN still BS so I escalated my case and now PayPal is working for me to get my money back, NO action from FN so far. PayPal is my hero right now. I hope I'll get my money back by the end of the year... wish me luck.
After I shopped at FN 4 times and allowed them to fd up my order twice, I have to say NO MORE.
1, Stay away from FN, like I say to my people, check rainbowshops.com, they sells same exact clothes bcoz they buy from the same vendor.
If you still wanna give FN a chance
2, keep all the past shipping/order info
3, Never pay them directly, use PayPal.
4, you might see missing items in the package
5, you might end up losing money and get nothing in return.
CEO purchased $17mil mansion and our money going to the payment. Lol FU, FN.
