I can never get any help from customer service by calling or using chat. They are clueless and can not understand anything you tell them. They will never tell you a feature is not available on their site and instead they waste your time by running around the issue and suggesting meaningless things to do that never resolves the problem. Netflix has no clue which movies you watched and rated and will continue to show you same movies you rated and watched and suggest you watch again (No i'm not talking about MY LIST) and their staff can not comprehend the issue.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
Horrible company. They dont even speak english. They took my money, and charged me $60 for expedited delivery 5-8 business days and items arrived 16 business days later. They are liars.
I made a mistake buying from them thinking they are in North America, and I wont make that mistake again. If you are used to buying from reputable companies, you will regret doing business with Newchic.com, have no doubt about it.
1. Response to Newchic.com: You are liars and are lying in your response. You can not ship anything to Canada in 8 business days, because you are lying about the date the items shipped. You claimed you shipped the items on one-day, when you in fact shipped it 4 days after the date you claimed. You are liars.
2. Response to Newchic.com: You are liars! My order arrived broken. This company runs multiple sites same-look, under different names.
