I ordered about a month ago a bike light from wish at a very low price ( 15 euros plus 5 for shipping). When the deadline initially set for 1 week(plus an extra 5 business days) has passed and I still haven't received the light, I contacted support. The following day I had the answer, in which they apologized for the inconvenience, but something went wrong with the shipping process and offered to give me a full refund and also mentioned that if I shall receive the light in the future I can keep it. 2 days later I had my refund back to my bank account used for payment and today ( about 2 weeks after my refund) I received the light which is in perfect condition, exactly as described in the ad. When you, as a website, deal with a huge amount of merchandise and ship worldwide, it is just a matter of time until some packages get lost somehow, mostly because of shipping companies. What matters is how you handle a situation like this and in my opinion Wish.com handled perfectly, fair and honest the problem. Without any hesitation offered refund because of the delay. If this package would have arrived on time, I would of given it also 5 stars, because is exactly as advertised on their site. If they treat every customer like they treated me, I don't understand why they keep having these bad reviews
