I want to share the horrific exerience with Edreams:
Once the airline cancelled my flight, I called and chatted online with Edreams customer service multiple times for more than a month. Despite promising those multiple times the flight would be rebooked within 48-72 hours, it never happened. Every individual that picked up the phone or chatted online from Edreams, guaranteed me that all would be taken care and sorted. It never was. They bank on the customer, pressured by anxiety, to resolve it via other means (i. E. going and buying another ticket). Luckily, Lufthansa was amazing and took over the situation, even though the ticket was under Edreams responsibility.
Edreams is a SCAM - I have started to seek legal advice against them.
I have never encountered such a grotesque way of embezzling money from customers. I would give zero stars if I could.
