They sent me stained pants. Other items were low quality. When I reached out to customer service, they took several days to respond to me. When they finally responded, they offered me a mere 8 dollars refund and told me to take the pants to have it dry cleaned myself, so maybe the stain would come out. When I said I still wanted to return it for a full refund, they then offered me $16 refund if I would keep it - but the total purchase was for $68. No I don't want stained pants for $16 discount. So I requested their return address, which they don't list on their site, and a day later, they have yet to respond to me. They also made a rude comment telling me to take it to the post office and see how much it costs to ship back to China… basically insinuating it will be expensive and on me, despite their sending me a defective item.
You take a big risk ordering because the customer service is rude and returns aren't easy. It's their mistake and yet they aren't fixing it.
