I ordered a bathing suit bottom from Roxy.com and it was too small. Returned it back to get a bigger size. Was not refunded the shipping fees even though I joined the loyalty account. This customer rep
Xavier Eduardo Verdugo was not very friendly and was unwilling to refund my shipping charges. Very disappointed with the customer service!
