They are a scam - they couldn't deliver the promised and advertised carrier unlocking and have since refused to refund my money after dozens of requests.
Furthermore, they've threatened me with "legal action" for "defamation"(?) because I left a handful of honest, negative reviews online. Yes, I'm serious.
