From the 23rd Of July 2024 I paid this company for my phone to be unlocked it never happened after three days. Please I give this company seven good days, then he will loose what's important to him. The Great Architect of the Universe sees all, knows all.

I reached out 3 times for help and no response back. So I'm guessing this isn't a legit site.

Yep. I was just surfing the internet on day. And seen this. So I figured I could get a chance for getting my pics back

I'd give no stars if possible. Paid what appeared to be the full cost upfront and the following day received an email asking for a final payment in order to complete the unlock process which was more than double what I'd already paid. Apparently this information is hidden somewhere in the terms and conditions and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired! I felt like it was a random demand and it all seemed very underhand and deceptive. I won't ever use them again. Make sure you read ALL the small print before you pay anything.

If I could give this company 0 out of 5 stars I most definitely would. I needed my 11 pro Max unlocked (iCloud account removed) I paid the initial 39$ for the processing of it and supposedly this check is when they thoroughly evaluate your device and look into its history to see all the details of it. Then they decide if it's able to be unlocked or not. Well they told me mine was approved and to go through with the iMei unlock process it was going to be another $327 so I paid it thinking in my head that if it's that's much money it's a guaranteed thing l. Bulletproof right? Wrong. Seven days go by and on my order receipt it says 1-7 business days it would take once I email customer service they reply back to me saying my device is blocked and they can't unlock it and that they are only able to refund me 50% of my money I am furious this is such b**ls*it do not trust these a**ho**s

They first charge you 22 dollars and you think this is it! But no! Then you receive an email saying you need to pay 82 Dollars more! So at the end is a scam because they want to charge you 104 in total when there are a lot of pages that will do the Unlock for less than half of the price. Just please don't even try!

It is a SCAM. Their web page looks like that of an apple but it is NOT.
Web page is well thought over to trick you into buying the service, however the service is fake. They deduct the initial amount calling it pre-order for unlocking the phone, than they say that their engineer needs to do some checks, and finally ask for more money without any reason. If you ask to return the money they become aggressive. I lost £24 pounds. Not happy.
Please do not believe in their comments and answers if you wish to keep your money and peace of mind.

After 2 weeks of fighting with * I still have not had my phone unlocked. One excuse after another and changing the MU number multiple times I finally giving this review before I complain to Pay. Find another route to take.

I'm not sure about this just ordered today an haven't received any emails or anything an the track my iphone unlock is not working say invalid information for this site if I don't hear back come Wednesday I'll truly know that this is a scam my phone has no blacklisted or any other locks

Terms & Conditions say that the initial payment "might" offset the overall cost of unlocking phone. Not true at all. Got charged an additional $50 on top of the $20 "pre-order" (the "pre-order" just says order when you purchase). Pretty scummy to not tell people upfront that they know it isn't going to just cost $20. Don't plan to just pay $20, it'll be more in the range of $75-200, just depends on arbitrary numbers they pull out of nowhere. No price break down or explanation for why my iPhone 7 costs that much extra to unlock from KDDI. Haven't tried other services, but I'm now assuming this one wasn't the cheapest. As you can see in the photo, while before you order, they say there "may" be an additional charge; their default order fulfillment email lets you know that there will always be one.

I don't know who is their client market but if you're the average joe bloggs looking to get your phone unlocked and think you're about to pay £25 you're in for a shock! You're looking at close to £100! You can get it done for a tenner at a phone kiosk! I was trying to be computer savvy and stay in due to Co-Vid but totally got scammed by these guys! If there was an option to pay by PayPal I would of so I could of won my money back from you fraudulent punks.

You loose a star because I did not see the VAT loaded onto your price till I had filled everything out to pay. I nearly pulled out. You should quote the full price including the VAT in your first page.

My experience was very good it was not hard at all. This is the first time I used this website to unlock lock my device..
