Unlock Phone Sim

I needed to unlock my iphone 7 went on the website and paid the £23.99 to get this unlocked. I was told to wait 24hours and i would get a code. The next day i get an email stating that in order for me to release the unlock i will need to pay an extra £76.79. It was not clear at all that the initial payment was only to check if it can be unlocked. OBVIOUSLY I KNOW IT CAN BE UNLOCKED I WOULD NOT PAY SOMEONE £23.99 JUST TO TELL ME THAT!

When i asked for a refund they stated that once the order is submitted a refund can not be issued for the pre-order. So unless i decide to pay them nearly £80 to unlock my phone i just gave them £24 to tell me it can be unlocked. I can buy the the handset again second hand for that amount! Makes no sense.

Please STAY AWAY from this company unless you want to be throwing money away.

I am travelling abroad and want to get a sim chip for better rates. I was able to unlock my S9 with another service no problem even though it's not paid off. My husband has an iphone and the service I used only deals with android phones. His phone is also still under payments which is why I had to go to an outside vendor. They charged me $28 and within 24 hours sent an email saying the iphone couldn't be unlocked because it is still in payments. DUH! If it was paid off, I could just go to AT&T and get it unlocked for free. So basically this is a scam. You pay $28 for them to tell you what you already know. And to top it off, even though I never said anything about a charge back, I just asked for a refund, this is what they said: "

BEWARE Of What You Might Be Getting Into

I merely wanted an unlock on an old iPad 3. I paid the $18 initial fee, then an additional $40 to actually start the process. Over 9 months (from late November 2018), I got nothing except empty reassurances that my order would be completed "soon".

I finally got their attention when I posted a review on this site. I requested that they either unlock the iPad, or refund my payments, as outlined in their Terms & Conditions (not lost, stolen, blacklisted, serial number checked out with Apple, etc.).

Well, they wouldn't unlock the iPad because "the system crashed when the iCloud infrastructure was remodeled due to a worldwide server outage throughout last year and the beginning of this year."
They also said that they couldn't unlock because of the "new model and costs" for unlock activation. This was the response to my question of whether I was going to have pay any kind of 'final fee'.

So, they said that they would refund my $58 within 3-7 days. Well, I didn't get that either. So, I'm reposting a review and have notified them that I will not take it down until I receive my refund.

They did seem to be especially concerned about my review, as they requested it's removal in almost every reply.

I won't say "Don't Use..." because I'm sure it works for some people. I was not one of them. But BEWARE of what you might be getting into.

Give people their money back

Save your money cause guys can't unlock $#*!. They will keep asking for more money which they won't tell u upfront of course

It's a con. Charge you upfront for the service, then demand more money to release the unlock code

They tell you $38 to unlock. Then after you pay, they ask for more and after that they ask for more again. They are thieves! Save your money
