I placed my first online order and everything arrived on time and in good shape!

This site is out of business. They took my order and credit card information for air purifier fans and filters! (I thought I was dealing with a subsidiary of Hunter Fan, but they are not). I even got a receipt with an order number and confirmation. I waited 1 week and did not receive the merchandise, so I called the number on the site for customer service. It was busy. After several days trying to contact them, I initiated a dispute with my credit card company. I received an e-mail from someone a week later stating that they are permanently out of business. I forwarded this to my credit card dispute file and got my money back.
The site was still operational a week ago, but I think if you go there now, you will be redirected to Hunter Fan (not affiliated). Hunter Fan is legitimate. I ended up ordering from them after I got my money back from the credit card dispute with Hunter Air. If you do not get redirected to hunterfan.com, DO NOT place an order! If I had not initiated the dispute, I think they would have tried to keep my money.

The water pump under my dishwasher was leaking. I found the site after researching appliance parts for my make and model. They had good information and photos of the part so I knew it was the correct one. I called their customer service for more information. (The reason I rated them 4 stars instead of 5 is that the customer service representative seemed a little abrupt.)
I placed the order online after speaking with the representative. It arrived the next day. It was an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) part with instructions and a bag of parts that enable it to fit on several different models. Everything was as I expected! I will definitely use them again!
