I bought a bed from bensons, they kept delivering the wrong bed, it took 4 deliverys over 3 months and numerous phone calls to get the bed delivered, no apology for all the days I had to have off for deliveries, and dont bother with ombudsman as that is a complete waste of time, they are obviously paid by bensons, all in all Ive never had such treatment from a business, when I ordered the bed they wouldnt let me pay by credit card, I assume this is because you have more protection paying by credit card
Had a terrible job done by a cowboy builder, I left bad feedback. My builder let the cowboy builders leave me feedback, basically lying blaming me, not to be trusted

I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience with a tradesman and that you feel we took sides. I would however point out that we act impartially in a dispute. For that reason we allow you to leave your feedback and for the tradesman to leave a response. This is the fairest way to allow both parties to have their say. It's just not practical to enable a constant stream of responses.
As a result of your feedback and along with a number of other factors, we banned Envo Build from using MyBuilder. They will no longer be able to win clients through the service, which shows our commitment to improving the outcome of jobs completed by tradesmen in the UK. Thanks for your feedback.
