Being new to Sitejabber I was taken onto software4vip by mistake. I am sorry if this caused them any bother. It was meant for a special character from Yeovil employed by Mybuilder.com who trashed our bathroom to the tune of a thousand quid.

Around two years ago we needed a part job done on our bathroom. We had visitors coming in a few weeks, so were in a rush. Unluckily we couldn't find anybody locally, so we settled for one in Yeovil. Bad choice. There wouldn't be enough room here to tell what we went through. We are in our eighties, so I suppose we are fair game for the type. We couldn't risk annoying him by withholding money or writing a bad review, we might have at least got a brick through the window, or set on one dark night, and who would know, or care? Eventually though I contacted My Builder by phone. All I got out of him, however, was, 'But he's the only plumber we have in that area'. It didn't strike me at the time, but is that the sort of response to get after a complaint of that nature?
