Ordered a TAN crossbody Balenciaga. Received a NAVY BLUE envelope clutch. Called customer service and they were very apologetic. I then receive an email offering me $75 refund if I decide to keep the bag instead of returning it. Ummmm... it wasn't even CLOSE to what I ordered so I have no idea why they thought I'd take that offer. Returned it and am awaiting my refund. (fingers crossed...). After a few emails back and forth and at my suggestion, they decided to offer me $50 off a future order but good for only 2 weeks. They lost a potentially great customer as I am a frequent online shopper. Thumbs down, GILT.
