I made an order of four tops. I elected not to rely on the "number sizes". I used the size chart provided with each item. I took all of the appropriate measurements and found the corresponding size on the chart. * please note that depending on the item, the size was different based on the same measurements* I received the items quickly but when I opened the packages, the items were so large that you could but half of another person in there with me. I contacted them within an hour of the package being delivered. They told me I could exchange but I would have to pay extra shipping both ways for my return (when I had free shipping to begin with) or I could just keep the items and they would refund me 20%. I explained that the information on their site is incorrect or the items were not made to those specifications. Their customer service is a total joke. One blouse that should have come to mid-hip goes to my knees... Ridiculous!
