I placed an order online on Oct. 13, I received the normal email saying I would get the merchandise in 2-4 days. Fine. Then I received an email every few days after that saying there was a "delay." I called customer service on 2 different occasions. 15 days later... No, they can't help. No, they can't guarantee they can change the shipping address. No, they can't figure out what's going on. No, there is nothing they can do for me. The company that made it's reputation with YES has turned into a NO company. Going back to Neiman Marcus.
