The site isn't user friendly. There was too much going on in the background, and it kept "refreshing" and losing my spot on the page. I'd rather have fewer items on each page and then make the choice to flip to the next page.

Reason I chose this business:

I saw an ad on FB and liked the cold shoulder cutout blouse.

* ChicMe attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I placed an order online on Oct. 13, I received the normal email saying I would get the merchandise in 2-4 days. Fine. Then I received an email every few days after that saying there was a "delay." I called customer service on 2 different occasions. 15 days later... No, they can't help. No, they can't guarantee they can change the shipping address. No, they can't figure out what's going on. No, there is nothing they can do for me. The company that made it's reputation with YES has turned into a NO company. Going back to Neiman Marcus.
