Bryan Fagan agreed to take our case for $3500, accepted & processed our $500 and $3000 agreed upon payment.

Then... randomly hit it MULTIPLE times a day, for several weeks - BOA caught the first attempts (ten charge attempts within a few hours, then they changed their merchant name (see screenshot) to get MORE money off your acct - BOA stated this is how they "test" the account)

BOA said they have a lot of fraudulent transactions from them.

They then file a motion to WITHDRAW from your case when they are caught and can no longer continue to freely access your bank / credit card account.

I have heard from numerous other law firms they hear this same experience all too often regarding this specific lawfirm.

All they have done is submit a reply to the court that the attorney Kary Gregg literally COPIED & PASTED my own email into the form and submitted it. Therefore I did the actual work.

When you are already vulnerable - they hurt you worse - for money.

I have attached screenshots as well as the vulgar profanity ridden eMail communication we received.

We expect they will respond to this review with an attempt to shame - that is ok -- at least we succeeded in warning others.

BBB revoked them.

Find a reputable lawfirm.

This one does not want to help people, they want to help themselves to your money with unethical, fruadulant practices, making you their victim, then blaming the victim.

Tip for consumers:
Hire a Reputable Law Firm - research deep and far including the BBB

Avvo denies ALL real, validated, with evidence, reviews. It's only purpose is to promote.

Honest review platforms permits the good & the bad (especially when evidence is provided) so the consumer does not get scammed by the lying lawyers who shouldn't be lawyers!

Tip for consumers:
Do not trust - not a balanced review platform - but a promotional site

Bought two phones $1380
Used credit card via PayPal
1st phone still has money owed against it
2nd phone was a customer return
Swappa reflected clean IMEI for both devices
Sprint and Verizon both showed that one had a balance on it the other a return

The 1st phone seller is gone. Must have been abducted by aliens
The second issued a refund, but intentionally incorrectly - therefore funds were stuck in an unclaimed state unless I converted my buyer account to a business account
Too late - the unclaimed state expired and funds returned to seller - and the open case was closed

Swappa does not permit open dialogue on the listed page - everything has to be done on a sales page, HIDING ISSUES such as these from other buyers.

Why?!? So they can continue to falsely claim they have a safe and secure manner for a seller and buyer - giving a very false sense of an additional layer of security above others such as eBay o Craigslist

Disgusting
I'm out $1380 and a month of insane frustration
And now have had to file a claim on my credit card

BUYER ALWAYS BEWARE

SWAPPA - you are an accomplice to the theft of my trust and money
Hope whatever little money you made off my experience brings you great misery
