Do not buy from this company at all! All they care about is your money. I had a flight that was cancelled and was rebooked on another flight the next day. I couldn't "shift" the hotels forward by one day online, so I figured I'd rebook for the correct dates and then explain the situation on the phone and get the original bookings refunded. After all, I still planned on staying at the hotels and only wanted to change the dates by one day. They refuse to refund the money, claiming it is "non-refundable", even though my rental car was also non-refundable as well, but the rental car company was understanding of the situation and cancelled the original reservation after I explained that I had rebooked a new reservation for the correct dates. Ticketsatwork was the complete opposite and kept making excuses how they can't refund and they don't want to give me my money back. So long story short, I basically paid double for hotels. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Definitely avoid at all costs!
As a 3rd party these bookings come directly from the hotel supplier. We can definitely reach out and see if the hotel and/or the supplier would be okay with a refund, but that request is not a guarantee. We apologize the refund was denied but we can escalate this matter to see if the hotel supplier can agree to waive the penalty.
