Ordered an item intended as a gift. Was shipped via FedEx Smart Post to my PO Box. The handoff between FedEx & the P.O. Left the package in limbo for quite some time. Fortunately, I'd ordered well in advance, so no harm, no foul. Although it was no fault of Blade HQ, they contacted me immediately after I made them aware of the situation and offered amends for the inconvenience. I really appreciated their willingness to make sure I was a happy customer. (Thanks Brooke!) If you do need an item by a specific time, one of the guaranteed delivery options may be worth the extra $.
