“Worst insurance company”

3 months have passed by since accident and they have not paid my car which is a total loss, shop said it was a total loss and they want to do a second estimate which doesn't make sense, I have reported to the Georgia Department of Insurance

Tip for consumers:
they charge affordable monthly premiums which are for full coverage but at the end they don't want to pay for your vehicle, they want to give you the run around
