Be warned they bill according to their location not yours. Even though you receive a invoice or confirmation with the date you placed the ordered in your country it will actually be based on their location, for me it was a day prior.
They cost me $166CDN in charges because of this. They billed before my credit card cycle began IN THEIR COUNTRY!
I contacted them and honestly I was shocked by the lack of intelligence. They needed to move the date by one day. They would not address the issue and asked me to remain a client anyways. As if!
I cancelled the service - there isn't actually anything special about it.

Most of you may not know that you cannot ship most face products in below -0C temperatures. It renders the product ineffective. I cannot believe what they did. I assumed my order would be shipped locally usually a 24 turn around, they shipped my product from a different province that took 4 days in -0C temperatures. I called them to return it and even put a note in the box do no resell product is bad. 2 hours later I get an email that this product is back in stock - because I returned mine! Disgusting and I will not longer order from them, this explains a lot. Look at the date and time of the photos.
