We make each of our shirts to order so during high volume periods like our current back-to-school rush, it can take longer than normal. You can always give our customer service team a shout if you need an order by a certain time and they would happily make arrangements!

Update: Have you tried reaching out to our customer service team? They are always happy to trace and replace any lost packages!
